ValleyConneX Biblical Counseling Center

The ValleyConneX Biblical Counseling Center grew out of Dr. Ab Abercrombie’s biblical counseling training in Appleton, Wisconsin in 2008. When I realized that we were going to have about a dozen people complete the courses for certification as biblical counselors, it was evident that God was moving us in a direction of ministering the Word of God to people both inside and outside of our church body. After a year of planning and preparation we launched the ValleyConneX Biblical Counseling Center as a ministry of Valley Baptist Church. I have served as the director of the counseling center from our launch in 2009 and continue to do so after retiring from my position as senior pastor of Valley Baptist Church in 2024, The recordings here are from monthly ongoing training for our counselors and any other people in our area who have a heart for biblical counseling ministry. I pray that these lessons will be a blessing to you and bring glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.
